I actively gathered both formal and informal feedback to make sure team members were learning and staying engaged throughout the year. I worked to foster a collaborative, supportive environment and organized regular team-building activities (including a weekly game of “Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes” to keep morale high during a long and technically challenging project.
